- If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
- If your order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it. You may still return the items in accordance with our return policy (described below).

- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
